Testimony of the viticultural and enological tradition
of this area; it is a Col Fondo wine that allows it to spontaneously ferment in the bottle during the spring season. It belongs to the sparkling type and comes from grapes grown only within the Valdobbiadene DOCG.
The presence of natural yeasts acts as a natural preservative, giving particular digestibility thanks also to the zero sugar residue (0 g / I) and a very low presence of sulphites.
